Our story

After spending years in start ups that range from 10M to 1B+, We noticed the need to build a group of people that focused solely on scaling businesses from pre-revenue through IPO. 

We wanted to help companies overcome the biggest growth mistake, a narrow focus on the short-term and a lack of strategic vision for the long term.  With the right guidance and set up, most companies can manage through any issue to successfully grow and scale their businesses.

Why CUTBS?

We like to approach consulting a bit differently than some of the other groups, we focus on making the team better problem solvers instead of just solving their problem for them. 

In providing the context as well as the solution, the team can more easily see what brought about the reasoning behind the answer.  This brings together a combination of a project based mindset along with a coaching and mentorship style.

Danny Cirulnick

Owner

15 years experience in scaling operations and technology having done this at Tesla, Titleist / Acushnet, and most recently a cannabis packaging company, Calyx. With a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from Rady School of Management - UCSD, he takes a data and process driven approach to strategic leadership.
